Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms. One has a King-size bed and the other has a Super-Kingsize bed (can be made up as a twin, please advise which option you require at time of booking), bathroom with full-size bath with shower over the bath, WC and basin. There is a large cupboard on the landing for extra storage etc.
Outside sitting areas with garden furniture, BBQ and outside lights. Parking area for 2 - 3 cars.

The Barn - Sleeps 4 (&2)

Arranged over single storey but with 6 steps down from the lane and parking area (for 2 cars), entrance door into
Large open plan kitchen/dining room/ sitting room. The fully fitted kitchen has a dishwasher, washer/dryer, electric oven and hob, fridge and freezer, French doors opening onto rear garden.

The sitting area has a French door onto front garden, wood-burning stove, FreeSat TV, DVD player (bring your own DVDs or rent them locally), 2 sofas (one can be used as a small double bed at an extra charge -please advise at time of booking if this option is required), door through to back hall leading to

Two double bedrooms (with King-size beds) both with lovely French doors opening onto front garden, bathroom with full-size bath with shower over bath, WC and basin. There is also a large cupboard for extra storage, suitcases etc.
