Well equipped one bedroom bungalow, Oil central heating and electricity included in rental.

Kitchen is well equipped with full sized electric cooker, microwave, washer/drier, fridge/freezer etc Lounge has feature electric fire in addition to radiator. Shower room has walk in shower.

Bedroom has large fitted wardrobes and twin beds. All linen is supplied apart from towels.

The large back garden, borders fields is fully enclosed and has garden furniture to enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Bungalow is centrally situated for touring Highlands. 30 mins drive to Inverness Loch Ness. 40 mins to Ullapool and 40 mins to Dornoch.

It is a ten minute walk to Village Square the range of shops include grocer, post office, crafts, hairdresser, internet cafe, coffee/tea shops, Belgium chocolate shop - the chocolates are made on the premises, bike shop where you can hire bikes.

The Pavilion in the centre of the village has been restored and offers a variety of entertainments and has a lovely restaurant. The garden grounds have been restored so you can enjoy a leisurely stroll. The Pump Room also serves as the Tourist Office.
There is an 18 hole golf course, bowling green and tennis courts.

There is also a range of craft shops, coffee shop and museum of childhood at The Old Railway Station 300 yards from the village square.

The Strathpeffer Pipe Band and Highland Dancers perform each Saturday evening during the season.

There are lots of walks to be enjoyed on the doorstep.
Salmon and trout fishing is available locally.
