It is central for Southwold with its famous Lighthouse and Pier, Minsmere Nature Reserve, Snape Maltings, with the famous concert hall and farmers markets, Orford with well known castle and river trips.

The cottage has been recently refurbished to a high standard, with a large conservatory to the back with French doors leading to a patio with furniture, BBQ and Patio heater. There is also a Gazebo and Summerhouse. Inside you will find a lounge, dining area with snug, large fitted kitchen with all modern appliances, 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom and 1 Cloakroom.
