Green Gecko offers two air-conditioned bedrooms, large living and dining rooms, fully equipped Thai and Western kitchens, an expansive wooden deck with sala and private swimming pool, gardens and orchards.

Delicious Thai meals are specially prepared for you daily at no extra cost. Should you wish to learn how to make any of our specialities, we will be happy to teach you, using our own organic produce or locally sourced produce from the nearby markets.

Transfers from Udon Thani airport are complimentary. we recommend Nok Air or Thai Airways' regular flights from Bangkok, buy you may also arrive by train or car (garage parking is available at the property.)

The style of the building closely reflects that of traditional Thai houses, being raised above the ground to offer both cooling breezes and privacy. The roofs are made of individually styled terracotta tiles, and the pool is also finished in carefully crafted ceramic tiles from Lampang.

From Green Gecko, you can readily explore the local rural villages and temples, sights of natural beauty such as the listed wetlands of Nong Han Kumphawapee, or places of interest such as Ban Chiang and its museum. Yet one of the greatest pleasures will perhaps simply be exploring the local villages and getting to know the highly hospitable locals who will be proud to welcome you and introduce you to their traditional way of life.
