The house sits on 38 acres of land with pier Frontage and Beaches. The panoramic views of the fells and mountains are a popular place to visit.

The House has Drawing room, Dining Room, Dining kitchen, Laundry to the ground floor with every thing you should need for your stay.

On the 1st floor there is a Large Games Room with Billiard Table, Space Invaders, Darts, Poker and Sky TV.

The house also has 5 Bedrooms with 4 en-suite and one bedroom with Four Poster Bed.

All Bedding, Towels and Heating is included in your stay with a Complimentary Welcome Hamper.

The house can Accommodate 10 People plus two babies in cots, we also provide high chairs and stair gate.

I am sorry but we do not accommodate Pets of any Kind.

Outside the gardens we have a Tennis Court, Football and Cricket field. The children's Pirate ship is very popular with the younger children.

Jenny the Estate Manager lives next door and is available when every you need her.

The Local pub is 5 mins walk away and the town of Millom is 1 mile away and has lots of lovely little shops to browse around.

The Town has many Take-aways and Restaurants.

The local Railway station is also 1 mile away.

Local attractions are The RAF Museum, Muncaster Castle and Dalton Zoo.

The Lake District is only 30 Mins away by Car and the house has lots of information on all local attractions and restaurants.
