Farncombe Cottage forms the western wing of the owners house and is totally self contained and maintained to high standard. VB 4stars

On the ground floor is a small entrance porch and hall leading to the double bedded bedroom with colour TV, hairdryer and clock radio. A fully fitted bathroom en-suite, the bath has a shower over.

Upstairs, taking advantage of the views, is a large comfortable lounge with an inglenook fire place, TV/video and music centre and a bed settee that makes into two single beds.

The galley kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, microwave, fridge and small table top freezer and dishwasher. A small dining room leads off the lounge. A further WC.

Heating is by night storage radiators and log fires in the winter. Electricity is metered and charged at cost. Logs are charged at cost.A coin operated telephone for in and outgoing calls.

A laundry is available.
Parking for one car.
Nearest shops and public transport are 2.5miles away. No pets and no smoking.
We let full weeks, Saturday to Saturday.
Part weeks in the Off season. Arrival time is 4 to 6pm and departure time 10am.
A deposit of 50% of total booked period is non refundable. Cancellation :the remaining 50% if the accommodation is NOT relet for the full period.

2007 prices; low season per week £250
Mid season per week £325
High season per week £365

We suggest you take out your own insurance to cover any cancellation costs.
The remaining 50% is paid at time of arrival or before if you prefer.

Farncombe is the last house at the end of the No through road and private road. Ignore 'No turning' signs.
