Six Beautifully appointed self-catering holiday cottages set 7 acres of the picturesque Sid Valley, an area of outstanding natural beauty. Situated just outside Sidmouth in the Saxon village of Sidbury, yet only a short distance from either the market town of Honiton or the seaside resort of Sidmouth.

Each Cottage has a fully fitted kitchen featuring dishwashers, full oven and microwave - Direct Dial telephones and televisions in each Lounge - all lounges suites with sofa beds. Centrally heated throughout, Laundry, drying and ironing facilities available in Hotel.

Linen, Towels and basic kitchen cleaning all included. Fully serviced, no extras & includes Full maid service daily.

The Carriages - one double/twin en-suite bedroom with door opening onto patio. Kitchen/dining and lounge with door to patio. Option to add one en-suite double and one en-suite twin on the first floor.

The Granary - one twin and one single bedroom, bathroom, kitchen/dining and lounge.

The Stables - open plan, twin beds, bathroom, kitchen/dining and lounge.

Also nestling in the Sid Valley is the pretty village of Sidford, with excellent shops, inns and tea rooms, just 1.5 miles form Sidmouth esplanade, a pleasant walk along the River Sid.

The heart of the town is busy and attractive and it is well worth browsing amongst the range of quality shops and listed buildings. The esplanade overlooks a pebble beach and tranquil seaside activities. To the western end a jutting sandstone promontory surmounted by Jacobs Ladder and the impressive floral display of Connaught Gardens separates the esplanade from the mile long beach of seawashed sand of western Beach.
