Beautiful Barn Conversion

This Welsh coastal holiday cottage is situated within a quiet conservation area in the ancient medieval township of Laugharne, Carmarthenshire.

The ground floor comprises: Hallway, Lounge (with TV, Video, DVD and stereo system) and Kitchen/Diner which has an electric cooker, microwave, fridge and washer/dryer.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms sleeping four in comfort. The bathroom has a bath with shower over, hand basin and toilet.

There are safe enclosed patio gardens both front and rear with garden furniture and BBQ, and adjoining the property is private off-road parking for two cars.

Laugharne is the perfect holiday location for exploring the beautiful countryside and coastline of South-West Wales although within Laugharne itself there are many places of interest. These include Laugharne Castle and The Boat House and Writing Shed where Dylan Thomas lived and worked with his wife and children.

There are also many walks inland or along the coastal paths all with spectacular views over the Estuary and Carmarthen Bay. You will also find many hostelries and restaurants to spoil yourself with some wonderful culinary delights - one being The Cors Restaurant as featured in Egon Ronays Guide.

Many of the restaurants offer incredible value Sunday Lunches so give yourselves a day free from cooking - and within walking distance too so no worries about drinking and driving.

Stay in Wales at Swallow Cottage, Laugharne with prices from just £250-£505 per week and short breaks available from £60-85 per night (minimum 3 nights stay, which can be booked at least two weeks in advance of holiday start date if the dates are available).
