The apartment is booked as a unit and sleeps maximum 2 persons

• On-site parking in front of the entrance of the unit

We also supply towels, linen, crockery & cutlery and cooking utensils. For long term stays we provide clean linen & towels after every 7th night stay

Self-Catering - Fully equipped kitchen, guests provide their own cleaning materials, food and toiletries. We do provide a limited quantity of cleaning materials and toiletries for each new guest arrival. There is no dishwasher or washing machine or tumble dryer in the unit

Self-Service - Guest do own cooking, wash dishes, cleaning of the apartment and make beds. We do not expect guest to make their beds on day of departure as we will be replacing the linen & towels with clean fresh linen & towels for the new guest arrival

Children U/2 - Children U/2 stays for free and does not count towards the occupancy – We will provide a sleeping cot by prior arrangement only

Minimum stay required is 2 consecutive nights unless otherwise noted

Minimum stay required from 1 December – 15 January and Easter Weekend is 3 consecutive nights
