Capra Cottage

There are two self-catering units. Capra Cottage is a 3-bedroom annex with two bathrooms. Cleeve Apartment is a 1-bedroom apartment on the second floor of the building. Both units are comfortably furnished with all mod cons including double-glazing and central heating, fully equipped kitchen with full oven, toaster, fridge/freezer and microwave. There is TV, DVD, Video, CD player and games and puzzles.

Bed linen and towels (but not beach towels) are included in the rental.
There is a laundry room on site and serviced washes are also available.
We don't allow other pets. The property is also a non-smoking property.

Every guest comments on the cleanliness and the home from home atmosphere. David and Anne are friendly and helpful and both are keen for you to have a good holiday.
There is a garden for guests' use and there is good level parking on the property (2 spaces for Capra and 1 for the Apt).

Local activities include walking the coastal path, cycling, surfing, horse riding, falconry, clay pigeon shooting, quad bikes, water sports, fishing and golf. It's a short walk to Woolacombe's golden sands, and a short drive to Exmoor, Barnstaple, Ilfracombe, Arlington Court (National Trust), and Marwood Gardens.

The village boasts 3 pubs, restaurants, chip shop, tea rooms and 3 small stores. A local takeaway will deliver pizzas and there is a Tesco supermarket located in Ilfracombe. If you shop on the Internet with Tescos, it's possible to get your groceries delivered to the property before you arrive, and we'll be happy to put them away for you.
