Our stone self catering cottages converted from an old grain barn offer spacious and stylish accommodation. Located only 15 minutes from Northampton and M1 they are perfect for self catering holidays, short and longer terms stays for business and relocating or refurbishing your home. Each cottage is comprehensively equipped with plenty of storage, internet and parking right outside the door.

The cottages sit in the heart of Northamptonshire only 1/2 mile from Althorp House and are surrounded by acres of stunning countryside and a myriad of wildlife. You can explore locally with a net work of footpaths leading to villages to sample tasty home cooked food and a selection of local brews.

Surrounding country parks and activity centres offer something for everyone - walking, sailing, cycling, fishing and horse riding. Golfers can choose from 7 courses within 5 miles and Towcester Races and the Grand Prix circuit at Silverstone are also close by.

Enjoy the county's historic houses and beautiful gardens at Althorp, Cottesbrooke, Coton Manor, Canons Ashby and Castle Ashby and the entertainment at the Derngate Centre and historic Repertory theatre in Northampton

Our central location, only 50 minutes by train from London makes it the perfect base for city trips or further afield - The Cotswolds, historic Stratford-upon-Avon and Warwick and the famous university towns of Oxford and Cambridge.

Owl Cottage (traditional stone cottages - sleeps 4/5)
Ground Floor - Entrance Hall leading to a cosy sitting room with original beams and traditional stove. Modern kitchen with spacious dining area, separate WC/cloakroom.
First Floor - Light and airy double bedroom, pretty twin bedded room, bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin.

Swallow and Partridge Cottages (2 attractive double storey cottages - sleeps 4)
Ground Floor - Full height glass entrance leading to kitchen/dining room. Cosy sitting room with exposed beams and traditional stove.
First Floor - Pretty bedrooms 1 double and 1 twin bedded with large built in wardrobes. Bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin.

Wren Cottage (charming single story cottage - sleeps 2 suitable for wheelchair users)
Kitchen/dining room with tiled floor leading to cosy sitting room with traditional stove. Elegant bedroom with large twin beds (can be converted to a double), spacious modern shower room with floor level shower, toilet and low level basin.
