The coach house and stables were originally built in 1881 as part of the Stoodleigh Court Estate. In 1925 the whole estate became Ravenswood School and remained as such until the school closed in 1992. The coach house and stables are now owned by Steve & Rosey James, who have set out to bridge the gap between Luxury Hotel and DIY Vacation.

Steve and Rosey firmly believe in making time for yourself and with that in mind are now offering a range of bespoke stays to compliment their already popular B&B. This includes Wellbeing Weekends, Yoga Retreats & Residential Craft Workshops. Now is the time to make it All About You…

At Stoodleigh Court Coach House we have 4 luxury ensuite rooms set around a lounge/dining room and fully equipped kitchen, all of which are on the ground floor. There is a private terrace that leads out from the lounge area and is a real sun trap, where you can sit and relax or eat meals at the table.

The lounge has a Smart TV and a radio/bluetooth speaker for you to enjoy using for your own music. Wifi is provided in all rooms so that you can also check on the outside world, but this is primarily a space in which to relax and unwind away from all the hustle and bustle of everyday life and as such we do not have TVs in the bedrooms.
