Balmeadowside Lodges In Fife

We started off with some Farm diversification at Balmeadowside just outside Cupar in Fife when we built 4 luxury lodges on the hillside with the most amazing views.

As these log cabins proved to be very popular we moved slightly further up the hill side and built 3 more with equally amazing views. This is when we decided to add on some hot tubs and lets just say there has been no looking back they were a big hit!!

In 2012 we decided to renovate two of our cottages which sit above the lodges, and guess what... they also have amazing views!
When renovating these lodges one of them, Cherry Blossom, was more suited to a 1 bedroom layout so we decided to make it a very special 1 bedroom romantic cottage which has proved immensely popular.

Next came Barn and Tawny Lodges in the summer of 2013 along with our fantastic Owl wood carving.

In 2014 we have renovated the Farmhouse at Balmeadowside to a superb standard and added it to our holiday letting portfolio, with a wood burning stove, large outdoor hot tub and indoor games table it is proving to be very popular.

All our Lodges at Balmeadowside are sited so that they have privacy and a great view, I know we keep mentioning it but it is fantastic from every property...

A break at Balmeadowside has something for everybody. Many of our guests simply enjoy the farm, relaxing in their private hot tub; a retreat to get away from it all. However, there are also several farm walks and local hills for climbing, beaches to explore at Leuchars, St Andrews and the East Neuk or shopping and sightseeing with St Andrews, Dundee and Perth all in easy reach.

You can also explore Balmeadowside and see what’s happening with our resident livestock Sheep, Cattle, Red Deer and Llamas. If you love wildlife you will also spot plenty of animal activity in and around Balmeadowside with Roe Deer, Rabbits, Pheasants, Owls and Birds of Prey often spotted along with Ducks, Swans and Herons often seen on our ponds.
