Rowanlea Self-catering apartment is set in an elevated position on the Braes of Ullapool with beautiful hill views and glimpses of Lochbroom.
This fully equipped apartment comprises a double bedroom and a sitting room / kitchen with patio doors leading to a private decking area with patio doors leading to flagstone patio with wonderful views of surrounding hills.
Although within easy walking distance of Ullapool, Rowanlea Self-catering is situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood offering both peace and quiet as well as comfortable access to comprehensive services available within the picturesque fishing village of Ullapool.

Rowanlea sits at the top of Braes and overlooks Loch Broom and Ullapool. You can walk down to Ullapool either via the main road or via a forest walk.
Both walks offer good views of the surrounding area which includes Loch Broom stretching off to the East and the Summer Isles out to the West.
The apartment has recently been fitted out and offers a wide variety of services (see main page) in a quiet residential neighbourhood.

Ullapool is a vibrant community with lots to offer it's visitors. It also serves as a good base from which to visit the Western Isles and the Flow country of Sutherland in the north with it's wild mountain architecture. Music festivals and Art events are held throughout the year and visitors invariably discover they have a wide choice of these activities and locations of interest.
See the remains of the old Viking houses and stone circles around the Coigach peninsula or the award winning Ullapool Museum to check on your genealogy. The surrounding landscape offers beautiful sea and mountain views and offers dream locations for artists and photographers. The Islands of Skye, Harris, Lewis and the Shiants from the Coigach peninsula can be seen in clear weather.
