The Lawns at Sheringham
This is not a holiday cottage, it's a house with very well proportioned rooms. Built in the late Edwardian/early Victorian time, as a double-fronted town house, situated within walking distance of the award winning blue flag beach in Sheringham and in the heart of the town, being very close to restaurants, pubs, theatre, supermarkets and local fresh food shops. Well equipped for families, friends or reunions to enjoy a self catering holiday home in the centre of this seaside town.
Sheringham is the home of North Norfolk Railway or The Poppy Line, which offers steam train trips to the market town of Holt, as well as Weybourne and Kelling Heath Park. There is a Gala day, held at the end of August, which features a range of locomotives as well as many other themed events throughout the year.
Much of the North Norfolk coast has been designated as area(s) of outstanding natural beauty - guests can explore the area's many country walks and beautiful beaches. This is an area famous for bird watching, especially in the winter months.
The rear of the house is accessed via a lane and large solid oak gates making the property secure for children.
There is parking available to the rear of the house for up to 3 cars.
