Ty Draw Farm Self Catering Farmhouse

Ty Draw farm is a spacious and well equipped farmhouse, situated in the beautiful Rhondda Valley.

The farmhouse has undergone complete refurbishment in recent years and has been modernised, but still retains much of its original character.

The accommodation comfortably sleeps 10 people in 5 rooms: 2 Double en-suite rooms, 1 Twin en-suite room, 1 Family suite comprising of a double room with a bunk room and shared bathroom. The bunk room can be accessed via an interconnecting door to the main bedroom, or through its own independent door onto the first floor landing area.

On the ground floor, guests have use of a dining room, ideal for relaxed meals with family or friends. The lounge has leather sofas, original flagstone floors and a cosy wood burner (fuel provided). The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, large fridge freezer and microwave. A fully controllable Rayburn stove is available for cooking. A washing machine and tumble drier can be found within the utility room.

A small, private garden is available for guest use, which is accessed directly from the dining room.

The house has oil fired central heating.
Off road parking is available.
A cot and high chair can be provided for little ones.

The farm is situated at the very top of the Rhondda Valley and is centrally positioned for many places of interest. Within approximately 1 hours drive, you can reach beaches (Porthcawl/Aberafon/Mumbles), cities (Cardiff/Swansea), and many activity centres for example: Afon Argoed and Glyncorrwg mountain biking centres, horse riding stables, golf courses, white water rafting centre, leisure centres, cinemas and the famous Penderyn Distillery.

The edge of the beautiful Brecon Beacons is a mere 20 mins drive away, while Treorchy, the home of the world famous Treorchy Male choir is 3 miles away. Alternatively, if its peace and tranquillity you are after, then we have that in abundance. The surrounding mountains are teaming with wildlife and are a walkers/mountain bikers/horse rider’s paradise.
