Loire Valley Gites sitting in 4 acres of garden with swimming pool

The Gites are set in a picturesque farmhouse courtyard, spanning 4 acres of peaceful Loire countryside on the edge of a tranquil hamlet. We have two beautiful gites to offer: the Wine Store (1 bedroom) and the Cottage (2 bedroom). Both share access to a sizeable 9m x 4m swimming pool bordered by a generous decked terrace.

The Cottage, originally a farm workers cottage, it retains its rustic charm with original features including a stone fireplace, tiled flooring and exposed beams complete with stable door leading to the courtyard and garden area.

The Wine Store is set in our picturesque farmhouse courtyard, this one bedroom gite is well equipped and tastefully furnished. There is a private garden area with table and chairs and BBQ provided.

Our Gites are located in the Loire Valley, in the hamlet of La Coyere, just twenty minutes north of the River Loire and Saumur. The larger cities of Angers, Tours and Le Mans are just under an hour away.

Noyant, a lovely market town, is just an 8-minute drive away. Noyant hosts a Market on Friday mornings, has a boulangerie, post office, banks, chemists, a butcher and an Intermarché supermarket with petrol station. While Le Lude, Chateau La Vallière, and Baugé are all no more than 20 minutes away.
