The Living area is open plan and comprises of lounge, dining area and Kitchen. The lounge has 2 comfy settees & 2 chairs, coffee table, electric fire, flat screen TV, DVD player and Sky TV. The dining table seats six, there is a radio CD player.

The fully fitted kitchen has everything you should need. Appliances include, oven, hob, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. Utility room has a washing machine.

Main double bedroom has an en-suite with shower, a walk in wardrobe, TV and hair dryer. 2nd bedroom has twin beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers .Family bathroom with bath and overhead shower

Limefitt Park is located in one of the Lake Districts most beautiful valleys. It has an abundance of walks and wildlife in spectacular, unspoilt surroundings. Limefitt Park facilities.

Reception - The old mill have been converted into the Parks reception and shop. It stocks papers, groceries, beer and Wine. There is also a wide selection of DVD's for hire.

The Haybarn Inn - A traditional Lakeland Inn just a few minutes stroll from the lodge. Great food, hand pulled local ales, log burners, comfy sofas and friendly staff. Separate room with pool table, dart board, arcade games and slot machines. The beer garden has views over the park to Wansfell.

Adventure playground and picnic area - Plenty for everyone, swings, slide, see-saw, sandpit and the zip wire. The picnic tables are between the playground and the stream. River pool - A deeper part of the stream, with a rope swing for those who want more than just a paddle.

Games Field - Large open area with football and badminton nets. Dog field - The only place on the Park where dogs do not need to be on a lead. Launderette - Coin operated washing machines and dryers. Pony Trekking - Direct access to the bridleways of the Troutbeck Valley.

Guests are able to use the leisure facilities at White Cross bay , there is a charge per stay of £10 per adult, under 16's £5 and under 5's free. The facilities comprise of heated indoor swimming pool with adjoining sauna and gym. During peak holiday periods there may be a short wait due to maximum capacity levels.
