The villa is situated in a quiet area in Monte Carvoeiro Resort, 500m from the reception, bars and restaurants. Beach and Carvoeiro centre 1km.
With 250m2 of living space and 4000m2 well maintained gardens where you can lay in the grass, the villa offers full privacy.

Layout: Spacious round entrance with a 2 seater sofa, left the spacious hallway to the three bedrooms and two bathrooms, right is the guests toilet and the steps to the terrace, kitchen and living room. Here you can also enter the veranda by the sliding-doors.

The villa has na alarm systems, for the safety of your and our belongings.
The alarm is easy to operate by the control-unit in the Entrance.

The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, mixer, Orange-juice machine, kettle, toaster, oven, fridge and freezer.
From the kitchen you have a nice view over the hills. There is also a small terrace where you can enjoy a drink and the view, while you cook a meal.

The spacious living-dining room is split-level, with a 6-seater dining table from where you look over the terrace, a wide, 5-steps staircase leads to the living room with fireplace, satellite radio/TV, DVD, FREE WiFi, 2 two-seater sofas and two armchairs. The two sliding doors give access to the large terrace with a large and a small porch.

The swimming pool (10x4,5m) has also a separate bathroom with shower and a fixed BBQ. The terrace has a 6-seater dining table with 6 chairs and 6 sunbeds with mattresses.

The bedrooms are spacious, have a lot of room for your clothes and are tastefully decorated, one at the front and two at the back of the villa, with patio doors to the terrace and pool.
All bedrooms have spacious single beds (2x1m), which can be placed together. The master bedroom has a safe and a bathroom en-suite.

The two bathrooms are also spacious and equipped with bath and shower, toilet, bidet and double sinks.

On the front of the villa you have a big private parking space and there is a garage where you find the washing machine. Overall, a fantastic villa for a fantastic holliday.
