Beautiful rustic 3 bedroom country cottage nested in the mountains of Monchique. Cosy, traditional stone house with a shaded mature garden and garden furniture such as table and chairs to enjoy your meals outside under the lemon tree.

There are also hammocks where you can lie back and relax listening to bird song and enjoy the beautiful mountain views. There is a restaurant right up the hill which serves delicious home made food and is very affordable. This cottage is a great place to enjoy a calm and relaxing holiday, great for all the family.

Although it's in the woods far away form all the stress of the world, it is only 5 km from Monchique town and 25 km from white sandy beaches and Golf course, it really has the best of both worlds.

The kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob and oven, a fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, hot water and everything necessary for cooking and self catering. The shaded garden is the perfect area to sit and eat whilst enjoying the beautiful mountain views. It truly is the a wonderful holiday for all the family.

The surrounding woods are perfect for walks and jogging, bird watching, cycling, driving 4x4, horse riding, and other outdoor activities

Aljezur and its white sandy beaches is just 25 minutes away in the car and are perfect for surfing or just relaxing in the sun. Portimao beaches are also 25 minutes drive away. The pools in Monchique town are only a 5 minutes drive away from the cottage.

Car is recommended and there is parking available.
