Villa 1855 Puglia with Pool Italy Holiday
The great location and the loving restoration of this classic villa dating back to 1855 makes the perfect combination for a super holiday in Puglia. The tiny hamlet of Laureto is almost on your doorstep (500 meters) and the bustling town of Fasano is just a few minutes drive away – a great place for shopping, browsing and eating in one of the many restaurants. The impressive tree-lined private driveway leads to the villa with its fantastic marble staircases on either side of the main entrance proving how well the Pugliese gentry must have lived all those years ago.
The villa has been carefully divided up keeping its grace and elegance – the ground floor is home to 3 apartments and the first floor is home to one large apartment. All have been charmingly furnished with a light and contemporary touch – pastel colours, cottons and simple wood are used throughout giving a very stylish air to all of the accommodation.
A super new pool has been added at the front of the villa surrounded by the greenery – an ideal spot to enjoy the sunshine and take a refreshing dip every so often. Sun loungers and umbrellas are provided and there is also a communal barbeque for those wishing to enjoy some delicious grilled fish or spare ribs.
A week period is from Saturday to Saturday. The check in is at 5pm and check out at 10am.
Christmas, New Year' s and Easter are special periods, your holiday programs can be further customized and fees can be arranged upon request.
Rates include IVA fees, weekly cleaning and linens change: restroom and swimming pool towels and bed sheets.
Each apartment is independent, completely furnished and fully equipped with dishes. Bed sheets and towels.
The kitchens are equipped with sinks, oven, cooktops, dishes and fridges.
Each patio is independent and has outdoor couches and/or chairs and/or dining tables.
Laundry, access road, parking lot, swimming pool, barbecue and green areas are shared among all the apartments' s customers.
The swimming pool has a Jacuzzi in it, loungers, parasols and canopy sunbeds.
