Villa Nilly (approx 270 s.qm) is amazing villa located just a few kilometres from Sorrento town centre, exactly just outside the small fishing village of Massa Lubrense in a very quiet position that offers breathtaking ocean views, Bay of Naples, Isle of Capri, Ischia and Procida view.

The villa is furnished of air conditioning/heating, a swimming pool above ground (5,80 mt. x 2,95 mt. x 1,35 mt.) is ideal for families of group of friends, for example, if you are coming in a large party to celebrate unforgettable events.

The large terrace is for all the guests of the villa and is equipped with solarium furnished of sun loungers and umbrella, outside shower and fantastic pizza oven for your party.

Villa Nilly is composed of two double bedrooms (one with air conditioning and other with fan), one room with two single bed (air conditioning - double on demand), one small room with single bed (no air conditioning), living room with air conditioning, fireplace, TV and two double sofa beds, wi-fi zone, a kitchenette and two bathrooms with shower and tub.

You can relax in the olives trees, garden, Isle of Capri and Napoli bay (Gulf of Naples) view and is a just few meters (approx 300 mt.) from the small beach (not sandy or little rock) at San Montano place.
