Welcome to Harris Holiday Cottage we are pleased to offer you the opportunity to holiday on the Isle of Harris in the Scottish Western Isles which are one of the most remote and unspoilt landscapes in Western Europe.

Whichever property you choose you can be guaranteed of an experience that is unrivalled and which will enable you to experience the Hebridean way of life.
From the Isle of Harris you are conveniently placed in the heart of the Hebrides and can explore the whole island Archipelago from your chosen property. With a varied terrain ranging from the mountainous Isle of Harris to the rolling landscape of the Southern isles of Uist and Barra the sense of romance as you walk along a diamond white sandy beach or paddle by the edge of a turquoise ocean is liable to have you returning year on year.
Each year the popularity of the Western Isles in General and the Isle of Harris in Particular (Especially the Spectacular West Coast) seems to increase making booking early extremely important, it’s now not uncommon to find the self catering property on Harris that you want to rent is fully booked for the whole of the year. This has recently been exacerbated by the Trial of RET Tariffs on ferries making landfall in the Hebrides from Mainland ports’ so don’t forget to ensure you book your place on the Ferry as peak sailings are now extremely busy, on Saturdays especially and since this is traditionally self catering changeover day this could impact on your holiday. So, if you see a property that you like please make sure that you contact the owner at your earliest opportunity to avoid disappointment.
