Beach-side, Penthouse Suite with an enormous amount of space over 4 floors, with 3 bedrooms. The views from the terrace penthouse are spectacular, as they overlook the bay and the award-winning beach.

The roof terrace features a conservatory with a truly amazing view. The conservatory has Cane furniture on the inside and seating and tables outside on the private sun deck. Each floor descending from the terrace is fully fitted, with bedrooms and bathrooms on each. The 5th Floor has an enormous lounge/dining room with stunning visuals of the beach and beyond: St Tudwalds Islands and the Snowdonian mountains.

4th Floor has the fully-fitted kitchen which overlooks the beach, with all the comforts and luxuries you'd expect from a penthouse apartment, (American-style fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, gas range cooker; dining table with booster seats and a sofa)

3rd Floor features the sleeping areas and has a Bedroom with a twin or double bed, with en-suite shower, toilet and washbasin. The Master Bedroom overlooks the beach, from a King Size bed, with a bath, a separate shower, toilet and washbasin.

The penthouse is fitted to be child friendly, with stair gates, toys and kids dvds.

In the surrounding area, there's obviously the Pwllheli beach. It is a mere stone's throw and it stretches for almost the entire length of the southern-peninsula. The marina and the many boats here are to be enjoyed as they make for a spectacular sight on clear, sunny days.

The specialist shops and restaurants can be explored at a leisurely pace and, despite there being so much to see and do on the peninsula, you will never feel rushed, as the relaxing nature of this part of the world filters through into everyone's outlook.
