Villa with Private Heated Pool, Faro Park, Playa Blanca

Situated in the new luxury development of Faro Park, this beautiful villa is ideal for families who need a real holiday. Furnished to a very high standard with all the home comforts, this villa provides the perfect family retreat very close to the coast. It has been tiled in marble throughout which creates a cool airy feeling.

The villa is divided in two. The main part has an en-suite master bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, fully fitted kitchen and comfortable spacious lounge with satellite tv. There is an outside utility room with washing machine. The separated annexe includes a double bedroom, twin bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. It exists the possibility of renting them separated. All in all, sleeps 8.

The heated pool is set in a gardened large sun terrace with palm trees and six sun loungers. The villa is fenced with width walls.

There is also a semi-covered al fresco dinning area where you can enjoy the huge barbecue.

The car parking space is located to the side of the property.
On the surroundings, you can find a variety of restaurants, shops and two supermarkets.

The resort centre of Playa Blanca, with its harbour and array of shops and restaurants, is just a 5 minute drive/taxi ride away. There is a local bus stop just 45 meters away from the villa.

There are several beautiful sandy beaches also just a 5 minute drive away and the famous stunning beaches of Papagayo are only 15 mins away.
