Ellon is a picturesque riverside town which has the benefit of various shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. Ellon is located just a short distance from numerous local beaches and has various nearby leisure facilities, including: Trump International and Cruden Bay golf course - both courses approximately a 10 minute drive, horse riding, swimming and leisure centre. Situated at the eastern edge of the town, Ellon has the benefit of the park and ride, which provides a frequent and reliable bus link to Aberdeen (including the AECC), Aberdeen Airport and the surrounding area.
