Squire Farm in the beautiful North Devon countryside near Exmoor.
Upcott Squire House and Holiday Cottages are set in 24 acres of lawns, farmlands, woods and wildlife ponds, where guests are free to roam at will.
Upcott Squire Farm is situated just outside the charming rural village of Nomansland, famous for the good food served at The Mount Pleasant Pub.
Within two miles are the traditional countryside villages of Rackenford and Witheridge.
This is an ideal base for exploring all the local tourist attractions including Exmoor, Dartmoor, the quaint villages and vibrant market towns and of course the beautiful North Devon beaches.
All 3 cottages have free WiFi.
Valley View Holiday Apartment is a self-catering apartment wing of the farmhouse, sleeping 2/4 people.
It has been newly refurbished in keeping with the traditional farmhouse style. It is equipped with oil-fired central heating from the main house, additional heating is available by appliance, for year round comfort. The apartment has one double bedroom with an en suite shower room and WC. The open plan kitchen diner has an electric cooker, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

Primrose Cottage is a new, stylish barn conversation completed in 2011.
Primrose Cottage is a self catering holiday apartment. Primrose Cottage is situated opposite Upcott Squire House and has its own private garden. It has been furnished in a traditional farmhouse style and has wood laminate flooring throughout. It is equipped with electric heating for all season comfort. The cottage has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom can have up to 2 single beds in it.
The upstairs bathroom has a power shower over the bath and a toilet. The downstairs living area is open plan with a fully fitted kitchen complete with an electric cooker, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
There is also, sofa and armchair set for relaxing in and enjoying the spectacular countryside views. Downstairs there is a separate toilet and shower area.
