Little Tuscany in Paso Robles
“Little Tuscany” is what you’ll call this charming home near Templeton, CA, surrounded by green and gold hills, orchards, and vineyards. Minutes from downtown Paso Robles, dozens of top wineries and the Mid-State fairgrounds.
With two bedrooms, one bath, a full kitchen, pine floors, a library, and a TV room, all in a roomy 1200 square feet. The king-size bed in the master bedroom, fold-out queen in the living room, single in the second bedroom, and foldout couch in the TV room will accommodate 4-6 people. There’s even a washer and dryer, plus Direct TV.
From the wrap around deck you can enjoy gorgeous views of the vineyards (one is next door), and the huge oaks overlooking the seasonal creek bed behind the house. Wander the paths in the beautiful and tranquil garden, enjoying the rose bowers, lavender, rosemary, irises, butterfly bush, and many other plants.
In the back yard you can dine alfresco at the picnic table and barbecue. Roam over 12 acres, on the lookout for deer, quail, and a variety of abundant bird life. This rural area is perfect for biking, hiking and exploring. The closest wineries are in walking distance.

The area
We have a collection of magazines and brochures for you to review on the dining room table. Included are maps of wineries as well as events of interest in the Central Coast area.
Groceries and supplies – the nearest place for groceries is Trader Joe's/Templeton or Von's Grocery Store/Atascadero. There is also a Rite Aid in the same strip mall as the Von's/Atascadero. As you tour around you’ll see many groceries, restaurants, drug stores, etc. in the various cities.
