Set in an semi- rural location, 8 miles south of Bristol International Airport [transfers available], and midway between Bristol and Weston-super-mare. Located right on The Strawberry Line Heritage Trail - an 8 mile long level path, which was the old railway line now used as a walkway/cycleway from Yatton to Cheddar

Sandford is nestled on the edge of The Mendips. The Mendip Hills (commonly called the Mendips) is a range of limestone hills to the south of Bristol and Bath in Somerset, England. Running east to west between Weston-super-Mare and Frome, the hills overlook the Somerset Levels to the south and the Avon Valley to the north.

Situated mid-way between Bristol and Weston-super-mare, on the famous Strawberry Line, Sandford is ideally positioned for a walking, cycling or climbing type break. Just down the road from Avon Ski Centre.
