- A large living room with, also, a desk with PC and good WI-FI connection FREE of charge
- To accommodate a total of 3 people i.e. one large bedroom with 2 beds & 1 sofa-bed in the living room
- Fully equipped with, also, supply of bed and bathroom linen and towels - The kitchenette, includes laundry washing machine, dish-washer, refrigerator and freezer, Micro-wave little oven and traditional electrical oven - complete set of table wares
- Dining room with foldable table and 4 chairs
- Bathroom with shower and WC with small hand shower
- Air conditioning unit in the living room, next to the bedroom with possibility of heat-pump when the central heating system is shut down - 2 ceiling fans, one in the living room and one in the bedroom
Ideally located for:
- A public Parking, underground, is at only 150 mt from the apartment with reasonable parking fees considering the location -a small city bus shuttle stop is there to take you to the central area or more bus-stops within 200 mt from the apartment
- Spoken and written languages: English, French, Spanish and enough German

- Minimum stay is 7 nights, with max 30 nights- for longer stays please contact for different terms - The rooms are Non-Smoking but one can of course smoke on the terrace
- Check-in is 15.00 to 19.30 - a supplement of 30 Euros is due if check-in is from 19.30 to 22.00 or 50 euros if up to and not later than 24.00 hr
- Checking-out is 11.00
- Remarks: there is no reception and hence is Very Important to keep contact with us on you expected time of arrival with a phone call or SMS or email, to agree on time of meeting and handing over of the key
- The suite is offered for “Self-Catering” i.e as said with no reception or service but we are a few steps away and ready to assist during your stay
- We shall be glad to give recommendations to make your stay at best, with info on Restaurants, Fast Food, places of interest, guided tours and sightseeing info
- Being a “Self-Catering” condition there is no service for cleaning nor the change of linen by personnel but the supply enables, as said, for “self-care”. We, however, on demand can offer at extra cost the service for cleaning, laundry and alike, by qualified personnel we trust.
