Apartment in Seville 100mts from la Giralda Catedral (monumental city center)

Very central 50 m2 apartment. Direct to the owner. Air conditioning. One bedroom (queen size double bed). Extra single bed. Kitchen fully equipped. Wash machine. Living room (sofa bed). TV and DVD player. Little patio with plants. Bathroom with separated W.C. Linen and towels provided.

For people interested in a different way of tourism, learning Spanish language or flamenco (guitar-dance). Good base to visit historical cities in Andalucia (round trips)
The best place to go walking to visit the major monuments in Seville. Spanish and Flamenco academies nearby.

325 euros per week (all included) Good rates for longer stays.

1 bedroom with queen size bed. A sofa bed (double). An extra single bed, that folds up.
Bathroom:
Bathroom with bath/shower. Separate WC/bidet.
kitchen:
Kitchen with hob, microwave, electric roaster, fridge and washing machine.
Living room:

Living room including folding sofa bed, table, four chairs and shelvings. TV and DVD video. Ironing utilities, mixer, orange juice maker.
The customer take possession of the apartment properly cleaned.

About my only property for rent:
It is a very, very central apartment. For me is the best place to live in Seville because you can find simultaneously all kind of facilities and the surrounding quietness of big ancient buildings. I used to live there.

There are something no temporary, imperishable that only can be felt in Seville walking by the Alcazar and its garden, hearing the sounds of the Cathedral bells.
