Brackenwood offers a lovely, comfortable 'home from home' base for either short breaks or full week holidays.

The property is enjoyed by the owners who stay at different times throughout the year to ensure standards are maintained.

This spacious cottage is situated in the quaintly attractive and well known New Forest Village of Burley. Brackenwood is ideally placed for exploring and enjoying the many experiences offered with The New Forest and surrounding area and has become very popular all year round with many return Visitors, who enjoy seeing the ponies and donkeys pass right outside the gate.

Pets are welcome by arrangement with their owners really appreciating our dog showering facility.

We do not allow smoking in the house but you are welcome to smoke in the garden.

Brackenwood is well maintained and offers very well equipped and comfortable accommodation for 4 but with scope for an additional infant or young child by arrangement with the owner if required. There is a private garden and off road parking, whilst bikes can be stored in our single garage.

The 2 bedrooms offer a double and a twin room with the twin room converting to a king size if required.The beds are made up for you before your arrival and a welcome pack gets your holiday off to the right start.

Our Visitors enjoy greater flexibility when booking as we offer short breaks (3nt minimum) as well as full week bookings or longer.

Our changeover days are totally flexible and our tariffs are inclusive of towels, linens, gas, electricity and Wi-Fi.
