If you are expecting to stay in a typical self catering property – you know the ones, they sleep 6 and in the kitchen there are 6 plates, 6 cups, 6 glasses, 6 sets of cutlery, an all singing, all dancing oven with no baking trays, where you spend the first ½ a day trying to work out how to set the clock!!!! – well think again!!!
‘Wagtails’ has plates, but if you want to know how many the answer will be ‘loads’; it has cups, mugs, glasses (wine, beer, shot, tumblers etc etc) and the appliances should all be fairly straight forward to work, leaving you more time to relax and enjoy your holiday.
Room details
The fully fitted kitchen/diner includes a fridge freezer, electric ceramic hob and double oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and Freeview TV.
There are three bedrooms: a superking which can also be converted into two 3ft single beds, a double bedroom (with vanity unit) and a twin bedroom.
The spacious lounge with freeview TV, DVD, Hi-Fi and WiFi internet access also has a telephone for incoming/emergency calls.
The bathroom has a bath with an over-bath shower, wash basin with mirror and shaver point above, WC and a heated towel rail.
The property is a real home from home and you will find, hopefully, everything you need for a relaxing holiday – you just need to bring yourself and your family, clothes, food and towels.
Sundries
On arrival at the property you will find the following items (not necessarily enough for a full week but plenty to get your holiday off to a good start): washing up liquid, dish washer tablets, a selection of cleaning materials, loo rolls, kitchen roll, tea, coffee, sugar and milk, condiments, dish cloth and liquid soap. The price also includes all beds made up, ready for your arrival, tea towels, oven gloves and bath mat.
The cosy bungalow is heated by electric storage radiators, with additional heating provided by the log burning stove in the lounge, ideal for those winter breaks, ( a basket of logs is provided).
Outside
The private rear garden is fully enclosed and has plenty of garden furniture, a BBQ and playhouse for the children. Wagtails also boast its own garage and driveway providing parking for at least 2 cars.
