Nestling in the shadow of Addlethorpe Mill, this modern, comfortable property sits just 2 miles from the beaches of Ingoldmells and Skegness for family fun. Quiet lanes are a haven for cyclists and bird watching, walking, golf and fishing are all popular locally. Local shops, pubs and restaurants are within 2 miles.

Set with it's own private patio area, Corn Cottage offers an ideal base from which to visit the local attractions. Perhaps most striking are the Lincolnshire Wolds. Unlike the rest of the county, this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty boasts rolling hills and is ideal touring country. In complete contrast, there is Lincolnshire's Fun Coast. Miles of sandy beaches stretching from Skegness to Mablethorpe which attracts families in search of it's many seaside attractions and shows, as well as seal watching at Donna Nook.

Not to be missed is historic Lincoln, complete with it's famous cathedral, medieval buildings as well as a Norman Castle, where you can see one of the few original copies of the Magna Carta. To the south lies Stamford, a perfectly preserved Georgian Town, which featured in the TV adaptation of Middlemarch. Also make sure you pay a visit to nearby Burghley House, one of our grandest Elizabethan houses. Antique hunting in Horncastle, the races at Market Rasen and Louth's market are just some other of the nearby attractions.
