Kingfishers Self Catering Apartments

Set around a small pool our apartments are of European standard and offer a bedroom to sleep 2 people with ceiling fan and mosquito nets, a separate sitting room with kitchen [fridge/cooker/microwave] and satellite T.V. An outside veranda with seating and table for relaxing after a day at the beach! [8 minute walk away]

The apartments include bed linen and towels and are serviced by our excellent staff on a daily basis. Having only four apartments mean that we can cater for your every need and we find that our guests often get together to share meals and a chat. The pool side has sunloungers and the whole compound is a riot of colour with bougainvilla and many exotic plants.

Many birds frequent the garden and if you want to see monkeys then it's just a short stroll to the local monkey forest! There are 2 resident dogs, Rider and Jasper, who love to go walks to the beach - any offers?

There is a small shop on site which stocks beer, soft drinks, water and things generally needed for the kitchen. Fruit and fish are often sold just outside our compound gates and we give guests, papaya, grapefruit, limes and bananas from our own trees when in season

We are but a 3 minute taxi ride to the main area of Sennegambia where you can find many restaurants and bars plus hotels where you can watch free entertainment. Many craft markets vie to sell their wares and there are beautiful wood carvings and batiks to consider taking home. Bargaining is a way of life so remember to stick to what you think is fair, don't be too mean but end up paying about half of the initial price!

There is a good selection of trips available and we can arrange a car/open top jeep with driver to take you anywhere you want to go. Ask the staff- or us, for suggestions.
