Each apartment is self contained and has it's own private entrance, a private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine and dishwasher and a lounge with a flat screen TV, UK satellite channels, a dvd player, a stereo system and wifi internet.
There is a private pool in the upper garden also a brick built traditional style barbecue for guest use.
In the lower courtyard garden there is a curtained gazebo with a three seater sofa, two armchairs and a coffee table.
The accommodation exists over two floors and the property is fully walled and gated.

Sports Bar - Solely for resident use, we have a traditional stone built cottage that we have converted into a bar serving soft and alcoholic drinks, beverages and snacks, either around the pool or in the evening.
Sports TV is available in the bar showing most of the popular English and European premiership games, Champions league, Europa and domestic cups. Additionally a number of significant Rugby union games and Formula 1 racing feature.
Astronomy Holidays - Stargazing is becoming a popular activity and central Portugal with its mountain ranges dotted with small rural vilages is the perfect place to combine a holiday with your passion for the night sky.
At an altitude of 700 meters Penela is a wonderful place to set up your telescope and look to the sky.
Walking Holidays - Self guided walking holidays at Florença Jardins & Apartamentos are ideal for guests who are keen to walk independently. Small walking groups are welcome, we can accommodate up to 14 people.
