Quality bedlinen and towels (not for hot tub use) are supplied, with beds made up ready for your arrival.

Eco features include ground source heat pump to supply the underfloor heating and solar panels for heating the water.

A short walk down to the village where there is a well stocked Spar and a pub where home cooked meals are served daily.

Meander down to Kingfisher pond and sit on the bench to watch the world pass by.

Many coastal towns under an hours' drive away, and lovely walks nearby.
Mountain biking enthusiasts will love Coed Y Brenin.

Hike up Cadair Idris, the second highest mountain in Wales, a 40 minute drive away, or Snowdon an hour away.
