A modern luxury 3 bedroom detached bungalow within minutes of the long sandy award-winning beach on the edge of Dymchurch village sleeping 5. The bungalow is on a quiet estate with a private footpath for residents only to the beach. There are 2 areas of communal grass ideal for ball games when the tide is in. there is a selection of toys, box games, books and DVD's just in case in rains suitable for adults and children. Beach toys can be found in the garage.
A fully equipped kitchen with 4 ring gas hob and gas oven/grill. Microwave, fridge/freezer with 3 storage draws and washing machine. Enclosed secure garden with patio and grass area. Patio table and five chairs The accommodation is all on one level so is wheelchair accessible but potential visitors must be able to walk a few steps for access to the toilet, bathroom and bedrooms as the space is limited. Sorry there are no specific facilities for disabled people. At present there is no wi fi access but Kent County Council has free access in all their libraries. A dongle which gives internet access for £7 per week would be a good alternative
Ideal for traditional family seaside holiday with small children’s amusement park only a short walk away along the seawall. Donkey rides on the beach and a station of the famous Romney Hythe and Dymchurch Railway nearby. Dymchurch itself is between Hythe and New Romney on the Romney Marsh area of Kent. Within walking distance in the village is a station for the Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch Railway. Port Lympne Safari Park and Zoo is nearby. Other tourist attractions include Canterbury and its cathedral, Rye with Hastings just further along the coast. Dover with its famous castle and White Cliffs are only 20 miles along the coast. Inland Tenterden with its excellent sports centre and Kent and East Sussex Railway makes an enjoyable day out. Only an hour from London with junction 11 of the M20 only 8 miles away.
The flat sandy beach is ideal for children, with sandy pools left as the tide goes out.
