Riverside House Holiday Cottages

Our two self catering holiday cottages for 3 persons are cosy and spacious. Wood burner and DVD library. Located on a no through lane facing fields and alongside the River Win. Set in the beautiful Dorset countryside close to the famous Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove. Linen and towel provided.

Changeover day
Riverside View : arrive 3pm - depart 10am.
Win Place : arrive 4pm - depart 11am.
Both flexible days of arrival out of season.

Notes on accommodation
Put up beds and cots available for young children
Up to 2 dogs welcome (£10 each dog) not allowed in bedrooms or left unattended at any time.
No Smoking in cottages. Breakages must be paid for.

Accessibility
All on one level accept one step up into property, ideal for the these wanting to avoid stairs. Guest parking just outside accommodation.
Sorry not wheelchair friendly.

Outside
Outside grassed garden area available for guest use with garden table and chairs, accompanied by hanging baskets, potted plants raised boarders flowers and shrubs. BBQ available for Riverside View. Main gate can be closed to allow pets or small children freedom in garden area.

Coast/Beach
Lulworth Cove - 3 miles (coves).
Tyneham - 4 miles (coves).
Kimmeridge - 4 1/2 miles (coves).
Ringstead - 5 miles (pebbles).
Weymouth - 8 miles (sandy beach).
Portland - 10 miles.
Swanage - 14 miles (sandy beach).

Booking notes
Deposit of 50% is required when booking with balance due 8 weeks before the start of holiday. Full payment due on time of booking if within 8 weeks of start date. Short Breaks available Oct- Mar (min 2 nights).
