Toppesfield Cottages offers two luxury cottages sleeping two - four people perfectly situated for all that Suffolk has to offer from fine dining to beautiful rural walks.

St Mary's Cottage is a bijou cottage that provides luxury accommodation for 2 in the pretty medieval market town of Hadleigh. The ground floor is open plan with a well equipped kitchen and dining area. 1st floor provides a bedroom with an en suite complete with serious shower.

Cherry Tree Cottage, Polstead is a Victorian cottage offering stylish accommodation for 4 people (plus 2 on sofa bed). It has the feel of a cosy farm cottage with decor and furnishings that have been sympathetically chosen to enhance the feeling of comfort and space. Living area features a traditional wood burner and a separate fully equipped kitchen. Two pretty bedrooms on the first floor, a double with Victorian style iron bed and one twin bedded.

Both are only 30 minutes from Ipswich, Colchester & Bury St Edmunds which are all on the rail network.

Hadleigh is within walking distance of one of the prettiest villages in the country - Kersey. Both cottages are only a short drive from Lavenham, Dedham & the Suffolk & Essex coast.

You will find many National Trust properties & nature reserves only a short drive from the properties.

The cottages are available throughout the year for shorts breaks and longer periods. The prices include full central heating, all linen & a welcome hamper containing breakfast ingredients of your choice.

Facilities include dishwasher, microwave, electric cooker,fully stocked kitchen, TV, CD & DVD players and FREE Wifi.

We also provide books, CDs, local maps & information for your use whilst staying in the cottages.

Both cottages have recently been fully refurbished to a high standard and combine the benefits of light & modern open plan living within a period property.
