Fishing is available locally on the River Lledr and golf courses and horse riding are within easy reach.

The property covers 3 floors and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it the perfect two family home.

Original features include, original stone staircase, vaulted ceilings and leaded stained glass mullion windows.

Moel Siabod, the highest peak in the Moelwynion mountain range can be seen from the bedroom windows.

The village is served by a very well stocked shop, friendly pub, hotel an unmanned railway and castle.

Large selection of glassware and crockery. Tea towels supplied as well as tea,coffee, sugar and household cupboard containing washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets, foil, cling film etc.
