The waterside location makes it perfect for sailing (private slipway), fishing, canoeing and bird watching. Easy access to the beautiful beaches on the Lleyn Peninsula and the Snowdonia National park.

The house accommodates five people in two ground floor bedrooms one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed and a cabin bed. The first floor lounge/kitchen dining room has fabulous views to the sea and mountains and a patio door leading onto the balcony. Modern kitchen with electric halogen cooker, dishwasher, washer/drier, microwave and fridge. There is allocated parking for one car with additional parking nearby. SORRY NO PETS OR SMOKING.
