Position

Villa Bellevue is a complex of studios and apartments 20-21 km from Heraklio city and airport and approx.250 m. from national motorway leading east to Heraklio and west to Rethymnon and Hania.

The complex has a fantastic view of the Cretan sea, mountains and the village of Agia Pelagia and Ligaria beach. It is situated 1900 meters from the fishing village of Agia Pelagia and it is built on an elevated position (95 meters above sea level) over the Ligaria beach that is 900 meters away. Both beaches have sand and pebbles.

The customers can use a strenuous footpath with steps or local road to visit the village and the beach.

Rooms:

The studios for two or three persons They are 25-30 sqm aprox. They are a combination of living room/bedroomone with a separate toilet with bath or dusch/wc, balcony or terrace. They have a double king size bed or double bed, or two single beds on request . The studios for three persons have an extra bed.

They have also telephone satellite TV, radio, heating / air conditioning (extra charge), Kitchenette with fridge and simple cooking facilities. The same facilities have the apartments 30-35 sq.m

The apartments for 2-4 persons have a door between the main sleeping area of the kitchenette were there are one or two single beds.

Facilities:

On upper level- the traditional styled Taverna, Villa- reception with safes [small extra charge] and tv room [local channels ] .Studios and apartments all with their own entrance- are situated in elevated gardens with steps leading to the picturesque pool area [fresh water] with sun loungers and umbrellas included in price .

Enlarged continental breakfast and set evening meal menu is served in the Taverna.

A range of water sports and schools are available on both Aghia Pelagia and Ligaria beaches. And they include scuba diving and water skiing.

Cleaning: 3x times per week. Bed linen - hand towels and bath towels are changed 2x week. Baby bed included in the price.

Villa bellevue is on an elevated central position on the island Crete 23 km. west of Heraklion airport and 19 km from Heraklion city .
