Independent Villa Ferraguzzo With Pool
Il villa Ferraguzzo is in a great position for exploring both Tuscany
The country house is surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, and its own woodland with centuries-old oak trees; a perfect place for those who love privacy.
You can admire a view of the property flowing through the valley below from the windows. You can also enjoy a freshly cooked barbecue meal under the shade of the patio or enjoy your leisure under the gazebo of the pool. This is an excellent base for visiting all parts of Tuscany and Umbria. Currently, the villa can accommodate 14 people, with ample spaces.
On the ground floor there is a wide porch with tables and wrought iron chairs for dining “al fresco”, the porch leads inside, to well-equipped kitchen and dining room, a little corridor and a guest bathroom and a master bedroom with bathroom.
With access to the porch is an apartment with a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen for the disabled.
On the first floor there is a living room and a large terrace and three bedrooms with bathrooms and an entrance to the pool. In the towers one can enjoy a splendid view, and there are two charming double bedrooms with bathrooms.
The décor is sober and elegant, the mattresses are all made of hypoallergenic material.
Outside in the oak tree park, among the flower beds is a large pool 18x6 with Roman steps, a hot and cold shower, a barbeque with tables and gazebos.
Beyond the fenced garden there is the garage, a football field, a lovely forest for walking or playing bowls, table tennis, archery and for the young ones the playground. For the more sporty guests there are bikes. There is a laundry and drying room area.
In a house nearby, there is a small restaurant where, on request, Lido the owner, organizes dinners.
Lido and his son Luca take care of every detail of the villa together with you to make your wedding be it civil or religious or any other event, a day to remember.
