Villa Accomodation for 16 plus 2 Cots

The Villa:
Main House accommodates 12 & cot & Garden Room Annexe accommodates 4 & cot
It has ironing facilities, hair-dryer, high chair, fitted and movable fans. Fresh linen weekly. All rooms have either fitted heaters or catalytic gas fires. Beach towels are not supplied. Household towels must not be used for bathing at pool or beach.•Lounge/Dining Room: Has satellite/TV/DVD, decoder. A wood-burning stove and electric heaters ensure winter warmth. There is no need for artificial cooling in summer due to the clever design of the villa.
•Kitchen: Is fully-equipped for 16 or more - It has fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, gas cooker, toaster, microwave,, coffee-machine, kettle etc.
•Bedroom 1: Has its own view site patio with access to the pool. Has a double bed and a single bed. Can also take a cot. Ceiling lamp with fan.
•Bedroom 2: Is a twin-bedded room with a garden view.
•Bedroom 3: Is a twin-bedded room with a garden view.
•Bedroom 4: Is a twin-bedded room with a garden view.
•Bedroom 5: Has direct access to the pool and patio, with wheelchair entry and glorious views. Has a double bed and a single bed, and wheelchair access to shower cubicle. Ceiling fan.
•Bathroom 1: Adjoins Bedrooms 1 & 2, though accessible to all. Bath, shower, toilet, wash-basin.
•Bathroom 2: Centrally situated with shower, toilet, wash-basin. Suitable for wheelchair.
•Bathroom 3: Part of Bedroom 5.
•Bathroom 4: Part of Annexe, is available to residents of the main house on request.
Pool & Garden facilities:

•Covered Patios: Well protected from wind or rain.
•Terraces: Comfortable areas for alfresco dining and children's games.
•Pool: Large floodlit 10m x 5m (big-family size!). Wheelchair ramp access to patio.
•Barbeque: On the pool terrace. has served large parties comfortably.
•Solarium: A secluded sundeck overlooks the pool terrace and the bay.
•Garden Furniture: Tables and chairs for 16, sunbeds, sunshade , BBQ implements
La Casa Rosa is a few minutes by car from Benissa and Teulada, 10 minutes from Calpe with its string of harbour-side fish restaurants, flamingo salt-pans and the Peñon d’Ifach; minutes from the miles of sandy beaches, great shopping and dining out at Benidorm, Denia and Javea; and 20 minutes from the delightful Jalon Valley villages. Tarbena, Aitana, Guadalest, Bernia and other magnificent mountain villages, as also the famous Algar Falls are within easy reach. Alicante city (80.km. away) is well worth a visit while Valencia city (120.km) boasts the City of Arts & Sciences, the Oceanarium and many other attractions, including the famous Fallas in March, a 5-day, multifaceted celebration of fire. There are great-value markets in Moraira, Altea, Javea, Benissa, Teulada, Calpe: as well as the renowned “rastros” of Jalon and La Nucia.Beaches:

Our little-known pebbly beach below the villa has large flat sunbathing rocks at each end and is only 5 minutes walk away. Two sandy beaches are within 1500 m; there are seven more within a 20-minutes drive.

Shopping:

It's less than 150m to a restaurant, supermarket-shopping mall, 3 bars, chemist, bank, doctor and dentist. Within 300m from the villa are several more restaurants (including Arabian, Italian, English, Swiss and Spanish) and bars (including Irish, English and German). Two disco’s and a nightclub are within walking distance.

Golf:

Club Ifach - 1.5 km; Javea - 7 km; La Sella - 18 km.

Other Sports:

Quads,GO Karting,Scuba diving, SUP, sailing, Jet Ski,Tennis, Bowls, Horse Riding and Walkers Club are all close by.

For the kids:

Several funfairs, go-karts, aquatic theme-parks, safari parks and a bird sanctuary are within easy reach.

Entertainment:

Submarine outings, cruises along the Costa, jet-skis, walking clubs and mountain clubs are also comfortably accessible, and splendidly varied. Benidorm Palace with its nightly dinner-dance and spectacular show should not be missed.
