Ground Floor Hall hosts a large entrance hall with under stairs cloak room and stairs to second floor.
Steps to sitting-room with 2 sofas, arm-chairs, bay window seat looking out on to garden. CD player and wood-burner. 14th Century oak door leading to upstairs.
Step to Games-room, with large Inglenook fireplace, 2 sofas and French doors to garden well stocked with table football, games and electronic gadgets to keep the children of all ages happy.

Large Kitchen/Dining-room with electric range cooker, microwave, 2 fridges, freezer and dishwasher. All modern utensils and an old bread oven.
The huge pine dinning table seats 12.
Stable doors lead to a patio and garden.
Utility-room with Belfast sink, washing machine and tumble-drier, ironing board, vacuum and cleaning products .
Cloakroom with WC and washbasin.

Half-landing children’s playroom, full of arts and crafts materials for the children.
All bedrooms are south facing and catch the soft early morning sun.

Guests have access to large sweeping gardens to the front and rear of the house, with children’s wooden framed play area, with swings and a slide.

At the front of the house the lawned garden gives way to beautiful woods that are festooned with Bluebells in May. There is a gentle stream which meanders through the valley providing hours of safe exploring for the children.
