Southclay is spacious and well equipped. You will find the internal specification and décor quite delightful, with thoughtful additions such as a luxury fully equipped kitchen, underfloor heating and a cosy woodburner for evenings when its too cool to dine outdoors on the patio.

On the ground floor there is a spacious luxuriously equipped kitchen in which a number of chefs can play at once with two ovens, fridges, sinks etc. ensuring that even cooking can become a social event. There are three living rooms (allowing spaces for play and peace and quiet) including a child-friendly room equipped with toys, books and a Play Station and a second games room with pool table, card table, keyboard and plenty of games. Leading from the kitchen is a dining conservatory seating 10-12.
