Self Catering Holiday Apartment

Dear guest, we’d like invite in to our holiday flat. The apartment is set in the ground level of our single family home. It was opened in May 2009 and is quiet und sunny, but adjoining the traffic system.

The non-smoking apartment has its own entrance, a size of 54 sqm and sleeps up to 4 people, it is furnished with an eye for the detail, so you will feel comfortable. We provide 1 double bedroom, a fitted kitchen with dishwasher, cooker, fridge/freezer and stove, a living room (sleeps 2 on request) with satellite TV, radio, dvd surround system and a bathroom with floor heating system, shower at ground level and toilet.

Please use the terrace, barbecue, lawn, parking space and the 2 bicycles we offer.
Within a short radius, you will find several guesthouses supermarket, a butcher, a bakery, a bus stop and a small spa facility.

The holiday apartment is perfect to explore the beauty of nature and the cultural and historical sights of the Erzgebirge. You can go hiking in the biggest coherent woodland of Saxony, cross country skiing, alpine skiing, cycling, motorcycling or try the narrow gauge steam-railway and visit the mines, castles, churches and towns in our area.

Our prices are form 252€ up to 315€/per Week valid for 2 persons.
There are no additional costs.
Towels, heating, bed linen, visitors-tax, electricity and final cleaning are included.
