Rice Paddy Villa is situated approximately 30 minutes out of Udon Thani in Northeast Thailand, from where complimentary transfers are offered.

Rice Paddy Villa is accessed by a private tree lined track, from which the first sight of the villa is the houses steeply pitched, terracotta tiled roof. The imposing Thai styled holiday house welcomes guests through antique wooden doors into the hallway, finished in hand made tiles, with a view across the private swimming pool and sun deck to the rice fields beyond.

The villa has two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a large double bed and en-suite bathroom. The property also offers a fully equipped, modern Western kitchen, a large living and dining room, a media room and an internet room, a sala for al fresco dining, a veranda, sundeck, private swimming pool and tropical gardens and grounds.

The villa is finished with hardwood floors, indigenous antiques and local silks and cottons. It may be rented on a fully catered basis with fresh Thai food, or on a self- catering basis.
