Set in the rural village of Lilliesleaf, Sunnyside is a charming cottage, tucked away on the outskirts. It boasts stunning uninterrupted views to the south towards the Cheviot Hills, and has an elevated view over the village and beyond to the north.

The village is centrally located to all border towns and their amenities, but Lilliesleafs has many itself, with a 9 hole golf course, cafe' and 2 village pubs (1 serving food).
Sunnyside is a traditional cottage with main living areas on one level, it has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4 people comfortably.

There is a cosy open plan living area with leather corner sofa and woodburning stove making Sunnyside the ideal retreat whatever the season.

The cottage has Freeview digital TV, DVD player, HiFi, WIFI.

Fully equipped kitchen with dish washer, fridge freezer, microwave and double oven, Kitchen breakfasting table which seats 4.

1 double bedroom and 1 Twin, both are south facing with chest of drawers, hanging clothes rail and enough room for a cot.

Traditional bathroom with original cast iron bath and Victorian sink and high level flush toilet. There is an electric shower over bath and an illuminated mirror with integrated shaver point.

A seperate laundry area and boot room, ideal for washing and drying all outdoor gear.
To the front is off road parking big enough for 2 cars, to the rear is a large enclosed garden with lawned area, shrubbery and patio with furniture, ideal for BBQ's (BBQ/charcoal provided).

External secure store big enough to hold all your outdoor equipment, bikes etc. and is big enough for 2 motorcycles. Also a large Belfast sink great for washing off muddy boots and bikes.

Golf, walking, cycling/mountain biking, horse riding, clay pigeon shooting, even archery are all on the doorstep, as is the beautiful borders countryside and scenery.
